About the client
Focus Eye Medical Centre is Hailsham’s local award-winning independent family run opticians. They are dedicated to providing exceptional eye care through clinical excellence, honest professional advice, quality products and fashionable eyewear.
The business was established over 30 years ago by the original husband and wife owners serving the community diligently until retirement in 2014. The current husband and wife owners, Anthony and Amanda Bahadur, have continued to build on those foundations. Adding a modern dynamic approach to take the practice forward. Their hard work was rewarded in 2018 where they won a prestigious national award run by their peer body. Both owners are specialist optometrist practitioners with close links to the hospital and are proud to offer the highest levels of clinical care whilst giving their patients time and continuity.
What did the client want?
The client wanted a new website to reflect their innovative and contemporary approach to their business. They also wanted the site to be really marketable. As well as being able to showcase some of the excellent marketing campaigns they had planned.
In addition to this, they also wanted clients to be able to arrange emergency bookings and appointments quickly and easily. This would be key in making sure their online presence was as friendly and approachable as they are in person.
The Final Result
The final result is a contemporary and colourful website that perfectly promotes Focus Medical as a friendly and approachable optician and optometrist. They have plenty of information on their website which makes them easily marketable.
We’re still working with them on their website on a very regular basis. Writing blogs, updating all channels of social media and adding new pages for the services they offer. They have so much knowledge so there is always something to talk about! They have even set up a series of “muppet style” videos that are now on YouTube!
