Why isn’t my current website getting any enquiries?

There are usually a few reasons. The structure of the pages isn’t guiding visitors towards an enquiry, the message isn’t clear in the first five seconds, the on-page SEO is missing or weak, or the site is too slow on mobile.

Most of the time it’s a combination. We offer a free 30-minute audit where we go through your site properly and tell you exactly what’s holding it back.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most of our projects can take between 8 and 12 weeks from sign-off to launch. The biggest variable is content. If you’re quick getting us photography, brand assets and feedback on drafts, things move faster. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline at the start, and we’ll stick to it the best we can.

Do I need a Sussex-based web designer, or can I use one from anywhere?

You can use a web designer from anywhere, and plenty of Sussex businesses do. The benefit of working with a local Sussex web design agency like ours is that we can meet in person if you’d like to, we understand the local market, and you’re working with people who know the area.

That said, we run the whole process over Zoom and phone too, so geography doesn’t have to be the deciding factor.

Yes. Every site we build is set up so you can update text, swap images, add blog posts and edit services without needing to call us. We’ll walk you through how everything works after launch. If you’d rather we handled the updates for you, we can do that too as part of an ongoing care plan.

Do you only work with businesses in Sussex?

No. Sussex is our home patch, but we work with businesses right across the UK. Where being local helps is that we can come and see you in person if you’re in Sussex, Kent or Surrey. For clients further afield, we run the whole process over Zoom and phone, and it works just as well.
